As a dedicated and experienced property manager, I’ve built a robust career in the real estate industry, starting my journey as a leasing agent in 2016. My passion for property management led me to become a superintendent for large scale apartment buildings in 2018, where I honed my skills in maintenance and tenant relations. In 2021, I took on the role of Community Representative and quickly advanced to Community Manager, successfully overseeing 1000+ units. In 2023, I assumed the responsibility of managing five high-rise buildings in downtown London, further solidifying my expertise in urban property management.

 

Later in 2023 I moved to NexMil Elite Realty where I was tasked with a large eviction project followed by a complete overhaul of the Property Management process. It was my experience at NexMil that gave me the relationships and tools needed to step out on my own and launch what I expect to quickly become SW Ontario's most trusted property management provider.

 

Looking ahead, I’m excited to launch ZephyrPM in 2025: an innovative initiative that promises to elevate property management standards and foster exceptional living experiences. My journey reflects my commitment to excellence and my passion for transforming income properties into vibrant communities.
